Shipping Policy

Shipping

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out within 3 business days.

Our coffee is roasted within 10 days before dispatch, and we always strive to send as freshly roasted coffee as possible.   

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen delivery method. Our estimated delivery time can vary and may be influenced by other external conditions that we cannot control. We, therefore, do not guarantee consistent delivery times.

Missing your delivery

If you order coffee from our website, but fail to accept the package at the agreed place and time. You do not have a right of a refund.

However, you may maintain the purchase if the package has been returned to our warehouse, it will be stored within a reasonable time. (around 14 days)

Please contact us via [email protected] if your order has been returned to us and you wish to resend it. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for resending  your item. If you wish to refund, shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities. 

Out Of Stock Item Process

We have the following options in the event there are items which are out of stock :

  • Wait for all items to be in stock before dispatching. 
  • Switch to another item of the same value or ask for other items at the store’s discretion.



Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to refunding your order or switching with another product of the same value within 14 days if one of the conditions noted below is met.

1.     Your order is damaged upon arrival.

2.     Your order is defective from the shop’s fault.

The deadline for refund order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We reserve the right to not reimburse you in the case that there is a delay in delivery due to the shipping company as any actions after we hand your order to the shipping company falls outside of our scope of responsibilities.

Conditions for returns

The deadline for return order is 7 days from the date you received the goods. For a full refund, the products must meet the following condition:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation

Your order is eligible for cancellation if the order has not been shipped yet.

To do so, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

NiP COFFEE reserves the right to cancel orders without subject to notice on account of typos, changes in VAT and taxes, sold out items or force majeure.
